E. Keith DuBose is a lawyer and shareholder in the Matthews Eastmoore law firm. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 1993 and was a member of the 1989 Duke football team that won the Atlantic Coast Conference championship. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996 from the University of Florida College of Law.
Keith is involved in many areas of practice at the law firm including personal injury, professional malpractice, and commercial litigation, though his primary focus is on auto accidents and slip and fall injuries.
A native of Sarasota and a product of the Sarasota County school system, Keith is active in his community and champions programs benefitting area youth. He frequently speaks at community functions, provides motivational talks to students at local schools, and works closely with organizations that promote early childhood school readiness. Keith donates countless hours to the United Way, Success-by-Six, the Paddock Foundation, the Selby Foundation, the Sarasota Bar Association, youth football, and the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. The Sarasota County Bar Association recognized Keith's extraordinary community accomplishments in 1999 when it presented him with the prestigious C.L. McKaig award for community service.
Keith is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. He and his wife, Katrenia, live in Sarasota with their two children.
